Overview
MyPasswords™ (by ClevX®) allows individual users or Admin to keep track of passwords on one or more devices, programs, or anything that requires a password. This easy-to-use cloud-based service requires that users enter their email to access passwords. The user may then access MyPasswords via the link in the email and access all stored records.
The user may create new records by name along with the password. In the console, existing records can be edited or deleted. For an extra layer of security, the Two-Step Verification feature may be enabled, which requires entering a six-digit security code sent via text message to the user’s mobile phone. MyPasswords is a free service (three-year duration) for SecureData customers who use SecureDrives and SecureUSBs.
